Starling Childs Camp

The Starling Childs Camp is a historic cottage on the south shore of Doolittle Lake in Norfolk, Connecticut. It is a 1-1/2 story frame structure on a rubble fieldstone foundation. Built in 1923, it is significant as an idiosyncratic design of architect Alfredo S.G. Taylor.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=NRHP nomination for Starling Childs Camp )〕 It was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1982.〔 The image on the right is of the Childs Sport House, designed by Alfredo Taylor in 1930.
